Other set details

Champion’s Path is largely comprised of new cards from the nine new V Starter Decks (26 new cards, releasing 10 July 2020) and the new cards from S4a Shiny Star V (190 cards, releasing 20 November 2020). Additional included cards will likely have been Japanese promo cards or a reprint of cards from Sword & Shield, Rebel Clash, and Darkness Ablaze.

The official set description notes that there will be 3 Pokémon VMAX in the set. Drednaw VMAX, Alcremie VMAX, and Gardevoir VMAX have been confirmed based on pack artwork, meaning that Togekiss VMAX and Coalossal VMAX—and likely the majority of Legendary Heartbeat—have been pushed to our November set.
